Travelers are urged to inform NatureNEST of cancellations promptly. The email serves as the official application for cancellation. Please note that phone calls to NatureNEST's hotline or direct contact with team members will not be considered valid cancellation requests. The time of sending the email will be regarded as the time of cancellation.
• In exceptional circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, NatureNEST may, at its discretion, offer alternative tour dates or provide a full refund. If a tour is canceled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. For the latest information, kindly refer to the website or the booking confirmation voucher/invoice.
• Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, this cancellation policy may not apply in the case of a national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, natural disaster, etc. The policy applies to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Refund Policy:

• Upon cancellation, a refund of eighty percent (80%) of the ticket price will be processed. No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the ship's journey. The convenience fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount. Additionally, a twenty percent (20%) fee of the ticket price is applicable for date changes. All refund transactions will be completed within seven (7) working days.

Child Policy:

• Full price must be paid for all children participating in the tour.

3. Boarding Time:

   • Passengers are required to be present at the jetty 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for a smooth boarding process.

4. Changes to Reservations:

   • Changes to reservations are possible if passengers inform at least 72 hours before the departure time, subject to availability on the new date.

5. Personal Belongings:

   • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, and the authority will not be held accountable for any loss or damage on board.

6. Duplicate Tickets:

   • No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets secure.

7. Prohibited Items:

   • Carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances/goods is strictly prohibited.
   • Unauthorized audio, video, or photographic recordings are not allowed.

8. Seat Changes:

   • The authority reserves the right to change seat numbers if necessary.

9. Smoking Policy:

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited in designated No Smoking areas.

10. Ticket Presentation:

    • Passengers must keep their tickets with them at all times during the visit and present them when requested by the authority.

11. Complimentary Snacks:

    • Complimentary snacks are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed if the ticket is purchased on the same day of travel.

12. Toll and Tax:

    • Toll and tax charges are included in the ticket price.
