Basic Documents Required

  • Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months.
  • All previous passports.
  • Personal/Company Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months.
  • Bank Solvency Certificate.
  • Recent two (02) color photographs (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months.
  • TIN/Income Tax Certificate - if applicable - for the last 03 years.

Documents For Business Persons

  • Renewed Trade License Copy.
  • Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (relevant pages only).
  • Office pad/Company Letter Head Pad.
  • Import & Export Certificate  if applicable.
  • TIN/Income Tax Certificate  if applicable.

Documents For Job Holders

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • Salary Certificate.
  • Payslips if any.
  • G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport.
  • BMDC certificate for Doctors.
  • BAR Council Certificate for Advocates.

Documents For Students

  • Student ID card Photo Copy.
  • Leave letter from school/college/university.

Invitee/Sponsor Documents (if applicable)

  • Invitation letter.
  • Passport copy.
  • Tenancy agreement copy.
  • Bank statement if sponsor.

Other Supporting Documents

  • Details of Parents, Siblings, and Children (name, date of birth, address, occupation, current country of residence).
  • Visiting card.
  • Marriage certificate.
  • Birth certificate of children.
  • Document of properties.
  • Bluebook photocopy of the car, if any.
  • Document of other income, if any.
