Indonesia Visa Requirements

Basic Documents

• Passport with a validity of at least 6 months.
• Color photograph in JPEG format (size 100-200 KB or 4×6 cm) with white background taken within the last 6 months.
• Proof of funds of at least USD$2000 (two thousand US dollars) within the last 6 months/3 months. (Bank solvency certificate: Name & passport number should be mentioned in the certificate, with “to whom it may concern” mentioned at the top).
• Return air ticket reservation (will be provided by Travel Agent).
• Hotel live reservation (will be provided by Travel Agent).
• Proof of health insurance.
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
• Letter of health declaration (will be provided by Travel Agent).
• Letter of consent to pay for medical expenses (will be provided by Travel Agent).

Note: To apply for a business visa, you need a business invitation & inviting person documents for proof of business.

For Business Person

• Trade license update (if available in Bangla, please provide an English translation with a notary copy attached with a Bangla copy).
• Business pad 02 copies.
• Memorandum of articles copy when not mentioning proprietor/managing director name of the trade license.
• Visiting card copy.

For Job Holders

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Office ID cards on both sides.
• Visiting card.

For Students

• Student ID card.
• NOC from school/college or university.
• When any student applies individually, must provide his father with all documents.

For Housewives

• Provide the husband’s documents.

Important Note:

Normal: 10-12 working days.

Type of visa: Sticker Visa – Tourist.

Single entry, three months valid visa, can stay for 60 days max.
